THG Tampa Bay LIFE Groups

At THG Tampa Bay church we believe in the value of true and genuine fellowship amongst believers that is key to ones spiritual and emotional growth. This holds true to both small groups and corporate settings as well. Apart from being a platform from which believers get planted and rooted in God's Word , this LIFE Group is also designed to serve as discipleship and. mentorship platform to bring these community of believers to a deeper understanding of their purpose and calling in the Lord Jesus Christ.

CHAVERIM Bible Study Group

This life group was named CHAVERIM (Hebrew: חברים, literally, "companions"), to connote a “gathering of friends”. It came as a group fellowship together in 2022 with believers that are hungry for spiritual food and fellowship (koinonia). Our desire to know Jesus fueled our weekly Saturday meetings hosted by members on rotation. At each meeting, we share potluck meals, spend time in worship and prayer, and study the Word of God.

Our group’s mission is to spur each other to grow in our faith, to walk daily with God, and to do life together inspired by Romans 8:37, “Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”

Every Believer a Leader ! A discipleship of four patterned from the encounters of Peter, James and John with the Lord Jesus Himself that instilled greater confidence in their new walk of faith, freedom , power and intimacy. This grouping of four is aimed at accountability, service and faithfulness to our call as believers in the Lord Jesus. It is also the vision of this ' life group' to replicate their experiences in the Lord by each member leading a group of their own.
