Pastor Cesar Ladan was appointed to serve as THG Tampa Bay Senior Pastor since April 2014. Prior to that, he served as missionary / church planter of 'His Sanctuary ' in Pasig City, Philippines, and from there ventured to different places in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao and planted churches and trained leaders and missionaries for couple of decades. Evangelist by calling, he extensively traveled the Southeast Asian Region, South Pacific Region, South and North America and other  far out countries of the world, preaching the gospel of Christ and ushering many souls into the Kingdom of God.

The attribute that best describe Pastor Cesar is his passionate love for the Word of God and his burning desire for the lost. A very loving, caring and selfless servant of God that embraces the sheep of His pasture with diligence and integrity and utmost care.

Pastor Cesar has been recently married to Sister Madelyn who greatly compliments Pastor Cesar's calling through her talents in ministry co-ordination and program planning. The congregation is blessed to be led by this loving couple's dedication, leadership, humble servitude and deep love for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Pastor Ronnie was initially appointed to serve as a  Pastor  with the outreach church in Wesley Chapel until 2022 and returned to the Harvest Gathering Tampa Bay to serve as an Associate Pastor .

He served as a missionary for 30 years in the mission fields of Papua New Guinea in the South Pacific Region. Started as a weekly home bible studies for several years with the expatriate community and spread over the grass roots. As the Lord gave increase, churches were birthed and planted to serve the spiritual needs of the believers.

in his last 10 years in Papua New Guinea , Pastor Ronnie served as a Mission Director for the South Pacific Region and as a.Senior Pastor under the Living Way Gospel Church International.

One of his most admired traits is his humility and his love and passion for the Lord and His work. A pastor by calling, his passion is to lead and admonish the church to be rooted in the Word and live a life of righteousness , steadfast and firm in faith.

He is a registered engineer by profession and completed his distant learning in biblical studies from Penuel Bible College in 2016.

Pastor Ronnie has been happily married for 35 years to his lovely wife, Cecile . They have 3  Children : Micah Joy, Joshua and Jonathan who had grown to love and honor God in their lives.

With a deep passion for the lost, Pastor Marifi started training at Antioch Bible Training Center in the Philippines and committed her life to the service of the Lord with all excellence and zeal. She then pastored and led the congregation at Lift International Ministries for five years before becoming a missionary worker at the mission field in Cambodia and Thailand from 2005 to 2010, before coming to the United States.

Pastor Marifi is the kind of person that radiates the warmth and love of God to everyone she meets. That deep love and compassion is what she carries forward to The Harvest Gathering's outreach work to the homeless, needy and marginalized in the society. She is truly the extension of the Father's heart to the communities and beyond.
